Goodbye 'summer', Hello winter

Over the last few days a chill has descended on Sydney and it's time to admit that summer is well and truly over. It's time to look ahead to all the wonderful things about winter...crisp, blue days (it's actually dryer in Sydney in winter, than in summer), cosy slippers, toasty fires and heartwarming stews for example.

But before we look ahead, I wanted to quickly reflect on the summer that has just passed. While by no means the warmest or dryest summer on record, Sydney's brides and grooms didn't let the weather get in the way of love. Despite the less-than-ideal weather there have been some absolutely beautiful weddings over the last few months.

From Palm Beach to Coolangatta and all around this beautiful city of Sydney, Laura has been privileged to be involved in so many happy occasions, each one special and unique. There have been lots of happy memories from Summer 2011/2012... breathtaking harbour-side and park locations, moving family tributes, touching and heart-felt vows, stirring musical performances, funny speeches and so many gorgeous brides and grooms!
